Another suggested running Beta version of Rush. I was able to use these types of file previously on Rush. I also have the HEVC Video Extensions installed from the Microsoft store, although I don't think that should be required.

Restarted my computer each time and just completed the recommendation you made on the driver update. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Creative Cloud twice. I'll likely be replacing Lightroom with Capture One (which is on a BIG sale at B&H right now.) and again, that will pay for itself in short order, and eliminate all recurring monthly costs to Adobe for their inferior software. Using the Creative Cloud, I click to 'open' Premiere Rush, it starts the process then just goes away. The $300 price tag (perpetual, lifetime, including future upgrades) will more than pay for itself in Adobe Creative Cloud monthly fees.) Again, same system is handling 8k RAW and 4k hevc 10 bit 4:2:2 footage from my R5 now that I've switched to Davinci Resolve Studio.
